How we research and maintain freight guidance.

Our goal is to make shipment decisions clearer without presenting planning content as live rates, legal advice or a substitute for a destination-country professional.

Primary sources first

Customs, tax, product and marketplace statements should link to the responsible government agency, regulator, standards body or platform documentation. Secondary summaries can provide context but do not replace the primary source.

Claims stay inside evidence

Transit ranges are labeled as planning estimates. Customer stories are limited to facts present in the original review. Operating statistics are used only when they are traceable to approved Forest Leopard material.

Review dates are visible

Each long-form guide displays its publication date, review date and official-source check date. A material rule change, broken source or route change sends the page back for review instead of silently preserving an outdated claim.

A failed check becomes a draft, not a published page.

The same standard applies whether content is written directly in this site or published through WordPress.

  1. 01
    Define the search intent

Name the audience, shipment decision and primary query before drafting.

  2. 02
    Verify operational facts

Check official sources, dates, terminology and the boundary between general planning and professional advice.

  3. 03
    Check information gain

Remove filler, duplicated passages and unsupported precision. Add specific controls, checklists and internal links.

  4. 04
    Validate before publication

Confirm title, Meta description, canonical, citations, FAQ, structured data and index status. Failed checks keep the item in draft.

What readers should expect from the content.

The content explains freight planning, handoffs, document readiness and questions to take to qualified advisers.

It does not guarantee carrier schedules, customs release, tax outcomes, product admissibility or marketplace acceptance.

When a page appears inaccurate or outdated, email Operations@forestleopard.com with the page URL and the source that should be reviewed.
