Transit ranges, route notes and customs reminders are general planning information, not a booking confirmation, legal advice or guaranteed delivery commitment. A written shipment quotation controls the agreed scope.
Shipment acceptance
Submitting a request does not create a carrier booking or service contract. Cargo, documents, parties, compliance and payment terms must be reviewed and accepted in writing.
Restricted goods and accuracy
You must disclose the true commodity, value, quantity, batteries, liquids, dangerous goods and other controlled characteristics. You remain responsible for accurate product and importer information.

Shipment tracking, carriers, customs authorities and other linked services are operated by third parties and may have separate terms and availability.
