Information we collect
We collect the information you submit in a shipment request, including route, cargo, contact details and attachments. We may also collect limited technical logs required to secure and operate the site.
How we use it
We use shipment information to assess feasibility, prepare a logistics plan, communicate with you, prevent abuse and maintain operational records. We do not sell shipment-request data.
Storage and sharing
Lead records and protected attachments are available only to authorized operations personnel and approved service providers needed to respond. Customs brokers, carriers or warehouses receive information only when a shipment proceeds and the disclosure is operationally required.
Retention and rights
Retention follows operational, legal and security needs. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact Operations@forestleopard.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes.
